Look at Menu bar: Tools -> Build Application or Shared Library (DLL).
There you get a Dialog where you can specify the option for your "exe". When you have finished this press the "Build"-Button.

If you don't see the information above, then that means you have to buy the app builder or upgrade to the pro version of LabVIEW.
