Edit of the palette view (*.mnu files)

The palette view editor seems to be not very user friendly 😞
Is there a way to programmatically control the mnu files?
If no, is it possible to make the mnu files format open in order to give the possibility of writing some king of utility?

Can the understanding of the file format by trial and errors way violate the License Agreement?

Hi Baturin,

The only way to control the mnu files is by going to Tools>Advanced>>Edit Palette View (the format of mnu files cannot be made open). Also you can play with mnu files without violating the license agreement.
