Elongating a waveform logically

Thank you very much, I will try replicating it. But any which ways I want that burst signal to appear as 1 single step signal. Any thoughts on that?

I tried replicating that vi, it worked. the acquisition is accurate now.Thank you very much.

But what I need to do now is there are burst signals coming at any random moments. These burst signals are train of pulses. But now what I need to do is display the amplitude of 1st pulse from the 1st burst signal until the other one comes..and so on. it will look like a constant signal now without any transitions to 0. Can anyone help?
