Problem: Continuous data acquisition with daq event synchro with 4472 in
W2000. Runs smoothly a few hours or days and then suddenly does not
retrieve samples in proper locations of AI buffer. No I/O error message
issued which could tell smth about the cause. Memory leakage tested
negative.
Application requires uninterrupted daq over one week. We are currently
reverting to polling the AI buffer instead of using daq event without
knowing if it will fix the problem. Takes some time to validate the
polling solution.
In Ni Days held some time in February this year in Antwerp (Belgium), I
heard that daq event synchro might cause problems in very few instances.
I wanted to know more about this, but got no further info.Has anyone
heard this
comment elsewhere?
If anyone has experienced or heard of this problem, please let me know.
