Hello, I want to encrypte my .TDMS file and the file couldn't open anywhere other than software. Is there any way to encrypte the TDMS file?

OpenG has a Zip utility (http://wiki.openg.org/Oglib_lvzip) with password support. Does it satisfy your requirement? Attached is a sample VI to Zip and UnZip a file with password.
