There are no specific envelope spectrum analysis vi's available at the moment, although there are plans to include this in future versions of the Order Analysis Toolkit. You can perform the analysis yourself using the Hilbert function which is included with LabVIEW Full development edition. For more information search the Measurement Encyclopaedia for Hilbert or Envelope. Also the links suggested bellow seem quite helpful.
