For my senior projects, I've decided to make an LED turn on or off via voice commands on LabVIEW. I have found a code that can help me start. I can't provide the codes from my laptop but I will provide a link of the youtube video that provided those files.

What I would like to know is if anyone knows what kind of microphone was used for the input. My instructors won't accept my plan for the project unless I can provide what equipment I will use. They did ask the for the equipment that the users specifically used in those videos.
