Error 10109 TDC001

Hello, I am trying to develop a program for controlling 3 TDC001 controllers from thorlabs with labview. I created a basic program (I m new to labview) with the guide found in http://www.thorlabs.com/images/TabImages/GuideToLabVIEWandAPT.pdf. so I ended up with the program attached below. Trying to debug it I end up with Error; [Code = 10109]. Can anyone help me?

I m really sorry seams like the problem is fixed. For anyone else having the same problem basically the white usb connector of the TDC001 was not communicating with my pc. I had it set up on the TCH002 platform and after installing its drivers it seems to work properly.
