i undo settings as you said but the fault is different i realize. i configure multimeter settings at the beginning and it works.

but your guess is true. Energy saving  settings make the ports offline after a while. after arrange it, "The connection for the given session has been lost" never comes again. Thanx for your patience.

This might be too late to be helpful, but I've been having a similar issue that only occurs when a nearby BBQ-style igniter is turned on. I'm still trying to diagnose the issue, but EMI appears responsible. The issue occurs only when the igniter is on and the odds of it happening drop sharply as I move the USB connected hardware away from the igniter.

I have some additional tests to run, but hopefully this helps.
