I have some problems with my modbus communication. I'm connected to a FGM 160 (Flow meter) through modbus using a moxa Uport 1130 USB adapter. I have used the MB serial init.vi and than the MB serial master query (poly). When I try run the program I get error: -1073807298 occurred at VISA Write in MB Serial Transmit.vi:2->MB Serial Master Query.vi:1->MB Serial Master Query Read Holding Registers (poly).vi->ModTest.vi.
VISA: (Hex 0xBFFF003E) Could not perform operation because of I/O error. Anybody have a clue? Can it be the USB adaptor causing the problem?
I'm have attached a Ni-spy capture file of the communication if that is of some help.
