Bingo, Dennis.
The features window is a bit deceptive - the instrument control appears to be
selected for download, but when you expand it, the IVI drivers are not
selected.
So, I loaded on the drivers and instrsup.dll is now there. Unfortunately,
a cursory run of my program yielded a new error at the same library node.
Now I get a -1073807343 error, which apparently means Labview can't locate my instrument. Oy!
At this point, I'm going to load every damn thing off those drivers,
whether I need them or not.
