Error 14012 occured at DDE Request Communication with TRNSYS type 62

Hello, 

I am trying to transfer data from TRNSYS (heating simulation program) to Labview 2013 32 bit in real time through type 62 (in TRNSYS). Type 62 is an Excel file that transfers real time data from TRNYS to Labview (and other way), you can see what the Excel file looks like in the capture attached. My Labview program works on two different Windows10 PCs and is not working on a Windows 7 although Excel versions are the same. It says there is an Error 14012 occured at DDE Request. I have not attached the TRNSYS file but I can send it if you need to. 

Do you have any recommandation?

I have a few questions/suggestions that I've listed below:

1. Windows isn't an RTOS. Could you elaborate on how you're using LV real time?

2. Is this a Windows error you're receiving? Have you tried trolling the forums that discuss this error message?

3. TRNYS probably has some type of compatibility . Have you checked that?

4. Speaking of compatibility, LV 2013 isn't with Windows 10. That doesn't mean it wouldn't work (apparently it did), but Windows 7 is compatible which ironically might be part of the issue?
