Error 1618 occurred when uninstalling Labview trial 2011

I can not uninstall labview trial 2011 from my Win 7 laptop. I tried to uninstall it from Control Panel-> "Programs and Features" but it failed. I tried to remove all the National instruments software also failed. It always shows "Error 1618 occurred. Would like to continue this operation?"

I tried to reinstall the trial version but the progress bar didnt move at all, how can I remove it from my laptop?

I ran MSIBlast but still got the error 1618. 

Add/Remove 4Good needs to pay to install. Anyone used it before? does it work in Win7?

Anybody knows how to remove error 1618?
