Error 1722.

I tried to uninstall an executable that was written in Labview 7.1 and I get an error message saying. "Error 1722. There is a problem with the windows installer package.  A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected..."  How do I uninstall this executable.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

All of the posts that I found in the forums deal with run time engine or Labview itself.  I haven't found anything that deals specifically with an executable that was written with Labview.

Hey Cstash,

Can you tell us how have you been uninstalling the executable in detail?

Are you trying to uninstall LabVIEW components as well?

The reason why I am asking is because the error code relates to Error 1722 or 1721 When Uninstalling LabVIEW 7.1.

I try to uninstall it in the control panel and by reinstalling the executable.  Either way it starts the process and then it gives me error 1722.
