Error 1935, Turned off everything and still getting it.

I am installing labview 7.1 and I get the error message 1935, I did turned off my nortons internet security and everything that I know of and tryed to install it again and still get the error message.  How can I install it.  I have Windows Xp and nortons internet security 2006.

I am still geting the error message I have uninstalled alot of programs that I thought would have adware and I have ran my spyware software and it didnt come up with anything.  What can I do?

The only other thing those articles pointed to was having .NET Framework 2.0 beta installed. Do you have this? If not, have you tried installing it on a different machine that's configured the same, as close as possible, to the one you have. Have you contacted NI support?
