Error: -20799ORA-20799 when downloading drivers.

I am trying to download the drivers for the QuadTech Inc. QT7000. 

QuadTech Inc. qt7000 Meter - IEEE 488.2 (GPIB) Driver for LabVIEW - National Instruments

After logging in on Chrome I tried to download the 2021 drivers and got the resulting error

"UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: ORA-20799: Unexpected Error inside nilib_log_pvt.log: ORA-20700: Error: nilib_log_pvt.log -> Application context not initialized. Please use nilib_log.init to initialize application context.

Error: -20799ORA-20799: Unexpected Error inside nilib_log_pvt.log: ORA-20700: Error: nilib_log_pvt.log -> Application context not initialized. Please use nilib_log.init to initialize application context."

I tried using the same account on another computer and got the same result, as well as when I tried to download it using edge.  Logging out and back in did not resolve the error, and I don't have ready access to another account.  I had the same error when I tried to download the 2018 version.  I encountered the same error when attempting to download the Keithley 24xx meter drivers.  Keithley 24XX Meter - IEEE 488.2 (GPIB), Serial Driver for LabVIEW - National Instruments

Is anyone else experiencing this error?

I didn't get that error, but yesterday I was trying to download some other files (example code for solving a problem similar to one I was having).  It took me 9 tries to get the download to start. Over the last few days I have also had it take 2-4 tries for me to log in instead of just the usual 1.

It could be that ni.com is just having intermittent issues recently.  I tried the download you were attempting and it worked immediately.

I don't know if it will help but I am attaching the zip file it downloaded for me in case the official download link still doesn't work for you.
