You seem to be having some problems with the Report Generation Toolkit, which you apparently have not installed and activated (do you have a license for this Toolkit?).  You attached some code, but I don't see any RGT functions in your call.  

It is difficult to provide meaningful help when we have so little to work on.

I am unable to place the express VI but i have been able to work around it. checking the license manager indicates that i have installed the RGT addon. im assuming its an issue with Office. Just to be clear i am not asking for code assistance but if anyone recognizes the errors I'm receiving. it seems like the general consensus is to not use the Express VI and maybe even stick with the manual workarounds. ill submit a bug ticket thanks for the information.
