Error -2973 - No access to Perforce (2007.3) SCM Server

Hello,

after the installation of the new Perforce version 2007.3 inclusive SCC plug-in the communication between LabVIEW and Perforce is corrupted. At Startup the following Errors occures.

DDE Server Window: LabVIEW.exe - Einsprungpunkt nicht gefunden.

Der Prozedureinsprungpunkt ??0QTesselator@@QAE@XZ wurde in der DLL "QtGui4.dll" nicht gefunden

Versionsverwaltung

LabVIEW konnte nicht auf den Perfoce SCM-Server zugreifen. Die LabVIEW-Konfigurationseinstellungen sind für die Session eventuell ungültig oder ein Timeout ist aufgetreten. Versionsverwaltung wird in LabVIEW nicht zur Verfügung stehen.

Fehler -2973 ist bei SCC_Provider_Startup.vi.ProxyCaller aufgetreten

Mögliche Ursachen: Beim Laden der Versionsverwaltungs-DLL ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Der Versionsverwaltungs-Provider wurde möglicherweise ohne Aktualisierung der Registry verschoben oder entfent. Er muss daher möglicherweise neu installiert werden.

Hi Neomagic,

try the following steps:

1. Shut down LabVIEW

2. Open the LabVIEW.ini file which is in the LabVIEWx.x folder

3. Remove SCCConfigData, SCCProviderName and SCCProviderLocation

then open LabVIEW and configure your source code control again.

Hi David,

thank you for your reply, if i try to select the provider of the SourceCodeControl to "Perforce SCM", the same error occures again.

The error doesn't occure if i select "Perforce Command Line", but i don't want to change the interface. The Command Line Interface didn't work well when i established SCC the first time.

I'm having the same issues here. The only difference is that I'm using 8.5 ! 8.2.

Any help will be on this topic will be greatly appreciated.

From the error, I noticed QT DLLs in the error. The problem above was addressed in LabVIEW 8.6.
