Error #3: "memory.cpp", line 508

Please does anyone know how to solve this error message problem? Suggested solution returned by my search do not address the problem because I'm not using CIN or DLL. My LabVIEW version is 6.0. Thanks.

Hi,

Please try installing the 6.0.2 patch for LabVIEW from the following link

If the patch does not solve the problem, please let me know more about the functions in your VI and also if you are using any type-casting in your VI.

I haven't intalled the fix. Every things was working fine before I made some changes that keeps generating the error. Comparing my vi to what I was having before I found out that the error is as a result of the segment of the wiring that I removed. This is new to me, do you have an explanation for it?

Hi,

Unfortunately, like any software , LabVIEW has its share of bugs. We strive hard to improve LabVIEW with each new release and try to remove any reported bugs. Feedback from customers like yourself comes in very handy at these times.

It appears that removal of that wire segment is somehow corrupting your VI. I am not sure of exactly what is causing the corruption. At this point I can only suggest that you install the patch I referred to in my last email.
