Error Labview Installation

Hi... I have a problem installation LV in my PC, when the CDROM execute appear the following error when I try to load the LV using the setup.exe file on the LV CD:

The Instruction at xxxxxx referenced memory at xxxxxx. The memory could not be read.

Structured Exception number 0xC0000005
Exception code: C0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION)
Fault address:  75001E E6E608:0000000E

Any Ideas?

If your installation fails at the very first step (running setup.exe) then the CD itself might be damaged. You should probably call your local NI office and have them send you a replacement CD.

maybe you could try to copy the LV CD to HD and then start the installer there. Does the same error appear?

Could be good if you ask for National Instruments support, cause I think you should wipe all NI products and then re install it, but in order to do this, you must contact us.
