You likely have the same issue as this post - please see here:

Hello,
Although I did not use NIPM to install my Labview Full Development version 2021 I have nevertheless tried your suggestion repairing all the add-ons. It took more than 2 hours and after rebooting the PC the same error message is present. I also have 3 subfolders (see pic) and have tried to select each one, one after another but no luck.
The only thing that I should add is that I am running an evaluation version of Labview but active for another 22 days.
Am clueless as to what to try next…
Thanks
Christophe

Originally I have downloaded the 2021 version from the NI.COM website. When I double-click on the downloaded installer (that shows up as a disc image file) it creates the whole hierarchy on a E drive of the PC and this contains a lot of NIPM files including the MKL (see attached) but when I select any of those I get the error message that the product does not exist as if the requested type of the file was not even a NIPM but something else that I still do not know where to look for...

No, there is not any folder you can select (on your system or from the download), as the legacy LabVIEW installer builder doesn't understand NIPM packages at all. Instead, when an NIPM package is installed, it puts MSI installers into an index that the LabVIEW installer builder knows how to pull from. Repairing all of the packages from NIPM refreshes the files in that index in case any were damaged.
After the repair from NIPM, was the list of missing products any shorter? If it was shorter, that means some of the products were fixed. Be sure that you selected all products for repair (as the linked steps shared), even if it doesn't sound related to your driver.

I have selected all products to repair and the procedure ran during 2 hours.
After the repair and the restart of the PC the list of missing modules is exactly the same as before...
