When loading a .vi that contains a sound and vibration octaveband function, LabVIEW reports:

Error loading  lvanlys.dll.  An initialization routine for a library for dll's failed. (Translated from Norwegian).

Someone that has seen this before?

Can you "manually" find the specified file in the specified path?

If no: Can you find it anywhere else on your computer?
