I have LabVIEW NI-PXI 1031 RT, I have developed an RT project clent server type but everytime iam trying to communicate it is giving error
"Connection to RT has been lost " also no error found in error logs.

Which of the VIs that we can't see would you like us to conjecture about? You haven't posted any code (ideally you should compress the folder containing the Project and post the resulting .zip file, as the Project file is also important).
