Error when running matlab mfile in labview 8.2

hmmm.... the sequence thing is not related to the problem i asking here as i have a lot of sequence block in the labview... i just want to know how to make the traffic light system function while waiting for the matlab script to process? Then the traffic light system will stop when the matlab scrip produce output...

Your design and intention makes no sense to me, but you can use notifiers and rendezvous functions to control when certain parts of code run/don't run. See the examples that ship with LabVIEW.
