Error with Instrument assistant

We are trying to communicate with the instrument with labview instrument assistant from express VI s.

Now iam using the 8.2 evaluation version.

But when i select and trying to put in block diagram,the error is coming that instrument assistant is not installed properly.

I downloaded from online and i tried 3 times,but same error is coming. If anybody come across this type of problem,please suggest me on this.

Instrument I/O Assistant is only available with the Driver CD.  It does not get installed from the LabVIEW CD.  You will need to obtain a Driver CD to get the Instrument I/O Assistant.

That link will only provide support for LabVIEW 7.0 (And maybe 7.1, I don't remember).  But I know it will not install support for LabVIEW 8.2.

Thanks for your suggestions. But NI ftp sites are having some problem to download the instrument IO Assistant. Can anybody send the downloaded file to me not links.
