Error with License files in certain VI

Hi.  I am completely new to Labview and I was inherited a couple projects that ran before a move of our lab.  I have 3 projects, each with a VI that we run.

I get an error when I open VI "A" that says "Error Opening License File: #15 -> FILE MISSING" then I hit okay to get "The OEM Key is invalud.  Contact Support for Assisstance".  The reason I am confused is that when I run VI "B" and "C", they run perfectly fine, no issue of this.  

Is there a specific file that could be doing this in the path of the VI?  Or any other suggestions?

What are you doing in VI "A" that you aren't doing in VI "B" or "C"?

What do you mean by "open"? (open in edit mode, press the run button , etc.) If it is set to "run when opened", open it from within a project or drop it on the diagram of another VI to open in edit mode.

What does VI A do?

I doubt this has anything to do with NI. If you open the NI license manager, do you see anything unusual?
