What software are you talking about? I asume that you are talking about LabVIEW, but please let us know the version in addition.
Hart driver... is that link what you are asking for?
If yes, it is not included in Eval version nor in any purchased version. That is a product from another company than National Instruments. Therefore it is not included in NI software.
But there might be interfaces to use such drivers. If you are lucky, the vendor of the driver supplies LV directly. If you are not so lucky, the driver can be either used by DLL-function nodes or ActiveX (or similar).
If you are unlucky, the driver has no dedicaded and documented interface and you will have a real hard time in using it.
