Excel Range to Row Col Indices

I know there is a 'Row Col To Range.vi' in the NI Report Generation Toolkit, but I want to go in the reverse direction. From an Excel Range (eg. AF6) to LabVIEW indicies (eg. 31,6). Before I begin coding my own, I just wanted to know if a VI like this already exists.
