Exception: Access violation (0xC0000005) at EIP=0x639CCAB4

My VI worked well with the LabVIEW 11, but when I have a new PZT actuator I have to upgrade my Labview version to 14 or above.
Now I install Labview 17 and it gives me an error like the picture attachment and I can't run the VI file.
I really need help from the community.

This may be an error occured during the installation. You can Repair LV using NI Package Manager and check the issue again
