Exectables and Licensing for potentail customers.

I am developing a control system that I would like to offer only in executable form to our customer. Will the driver software accompanying the DAQ devices chosen be sufficient to transfer to the customer as part of the completed project.

Assuming that the executable is a LabVIEW executable, the client running it will need the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine in order to run it. The install for this is available free on our website and is linked below:

The Run-Time Engine version must match the LabVIEW Development System version exactly and must also correspond to their OS. Also, as you suggested, if there are any DAQ calls in the executable, the client must also have the appropriate DAQ driver installed on their computer.

*** Word of caution here: The client DAQ device must support the configuration in the application as well as the driver that was used (Traditional DAQ vs. DAQmx)
