Executing a LabVIEW application on Windows CE 6.0 (PAC)

Hello,

I have a PAC (Programmable Automation Controllers) that works over Windows CE 6.0 OS, and I need to know if can I run an application builded on LabVIEW for Win7 on this PAC?

Thanks,

Ricardo.

Hello Ricardo,

For a non NI PAC, running a OS based ond WindowsCE, you need to certify that your target has a processor Strong, ARM or Scale, or have been built on to a x86 based CPU.

After that, in order to develop and deploy your application in to your target you will probably need the NI Touch Panel Module. I recomend you to first download the software evaluation here and see if you can add your device (Project WindowsCE 1st.png) under a remote system in to your LabVIEW Project as show in the picture "Project WindowsCE 2st.png". If you find your device, it should be able to be programed and tested, but to create a final application you need: First, to have an active licence of the module, and second, to deploy your code, a run time licence.

I'll be monitoring your request and, if you are brazilian, you should try the forums in portuguese
