Extra space in window title bar

I'm using LV 2018, 32bit on W10, 64bit. I have an app which, when I run it, shows an extra amount of white space above the above the main LV panel, right below the windows title bar. See the screen shot: the Title bar says "MIP Mainten...", and then theres several dozen white pixels vertically before the menu bar. Oddly, if I turn off "Centered" for Run Time WIndow Position, and use "Unchanged", this goes away.

I'll add the "Center" method to get what I need, but any idea why this is happening, or if it is worth reporting as a bug?

I have a slight memory of reading about this some 10 years ago. It only happened on certain graphics cards, and not all of those cards, so it was a driver issue.

What card and driver are you running?
