FFT display

Hy guts,

I have a signal consisting in 1-D array. I have 2 problems:

1- I don't know how to get the ampliutude and the phase vs frequency and display it in 2 graphs using FFT in labview.

2- if I am forced to sample the signal at 30k and the frequency I want to measure is around 3k the results will be reliable?

I tryed to do the vi I attached, but:

-I don't know how to get the amplitude and the phase of the peak in the amplitude vs frequency graph

-I don't know if I have to put a window or something else

is it correct how I did?
