We used a similar set of data for NI and FLEX as input for FFT functions for both platform. We took the spectrum data of the flex using the .spectrum command and also the spectrum output of NI using the FFT with Hanning VI. The generated spectrum for both platform are different. I also tried removing the hanning window in NI by using FFT.vi but still, the spectrum output is different. May I ask the fundamental information incorporated in the fft vi of NI? Anyone aware of the difference in FFT functions of Teradyne and NI?

Very pretty, and almost totally useless, picture. Attach your VI (warts and all), something we can actually run. In this case, it also helps to attach the Spreadsheet File of data that you are trying to analyze. If you do want to attach a "picture", you might attach images showing "what you get" and "what you expect" (or "NI Output" and "Teradyne Output").

Hi. Thanks for those suggestions. I do apologize for the lack of information provided earlier. This is my first time posting and was done hastily so I have no idea what to attach. Here, I attached the dsp wave used as input in fft function for both platforms as well as the VI that I've used and the spectrum data output for comparison.
