FFT to 3d Waterfall

Hi,

I currently capture a vibration signal from a 9234 card and show in on various graphs after doing FFT analysis on it.

The picture below shows me doing this. Unfortunately i'd really like to show it on a 3D Waterfall graph, but have no idea how to convert it to feed in the x,y and z inputs for this, i'd really appreciate it if someone could shed some light on this for me?
