FPGA Compile Cloud Service issue

On the local compile server, I am not sure what to do. I have repaired it multiple times, and have all packages installed correctly. I wish some NI employee would respond to this.

I went through the steps outlined here a couple times before it occurred to me that the service could simply be down. It's a bummer, because I do not have a Win7 box to perform local compilation with.

I also faced this issue. after 2 days, it started compiling. But the compilation is  very slow compared to previous compilations.(taking almost a day)

for me.

Do we have to update anything or change xilinix options?
