I have just received a trial version of Modelsim PE 10.1d and it doesn't work.
LV give a cute message when setting Modelsim as a third-party simulator that it hasn't been tested but might work.
It doesn't.
When I try to update the simulation libraries I get an error saying that the files may be write-protected (they're not).
Darn. The sales guy I was in touch with didn't want to give me an older version of Modelsim at all.
