I find a solution: I use the LMS in the VI front panel not in the VI FPGA block diagram. Also I create the and destroy adaptive filters outside loop structures and it's work

My problem now that, I have to use some filters "express filter" and " wavelet denoising" in the VI front panel. but they didn't work,I received two error message that indicate me that the wavelet denoising is empty and that the samplig frequency for the express filter must be 0< fs <fs/2. please note that the filters work well when I use the data base oppened with NI biomedical start up kit (internal mode)

Please please help me, because my supervioser get me only addtionnal few days to present the work (he gave me until Friday to finish all)
