I just discovered this and thought others could use this information.
I needed to run LabVIEW as an Admin even though the user has lower privileges. Therefore, I created a local Admin account then
Right Click on LabVIEW.exe, select "The Following User", Select the user name and enter the password.
This works for xP and Windows 7 claims to allow running as Admin
