I have noticed that some DLL's are missing when some NI device driver tried to load themselves at startup. When I tried to uninstall any software from NI Developer Suite, I will get multiple of Error 2705 and 1603 boxes and no NI software can be uninstalled from my computer.
When I tried to re-install NI Developer Suite (using Fourth Quarter 2008 distribution DVD for LabVIEW 8.6), I will get a message "TARGETDIR is undefined, the Directory table seems malformed. Aborting...". Nothing from NI Developer Suite can be re-installed on my computer.
I tried the tricks that others have posted in the Knowledge Base related to the Targetdir issue, creating a new admin account to run the installer, creating a new Documents folder, etc. None has helped.
Is there a way that I can manually remove all NI software and then re-install them?
Thanks for your help.

MJ,
In the past I have used a utility called MSI Blast to remove NI software. Here is link to the app and the instructions.

As the previous poster said, MSIBlast is an option altough I do not normally like to recommend it - but it is normally very effective. Are you going through Control Panel and Add/Remove programs when trying to uninstall? Also, can you post a screenshot of the error?

I did use the Add/Remove programs from Control Panel when I tried to uninstall the NI programs. And I got Internal Error 2705, Directory (see below). After clicking OK, I then get Installer Error 1603.
I would like to try MSIBlast as I am running out of options.
