Failure NI USB-6525 plugged on USB HUB

Sometimes my NI USB 6525 presents the failure Device Descriptor Request failed, that failure only occurs when we are plugged on the USB HUB.

I tried different, USB HUBs, drivers and windows versions and nothing.

Just an update from my previous problem,  after some readings on the USB signal using a oscilloscope with a protocol analyzer  when the NI card is presenting the mentioned failure the signal D+ (D1 on the picture bellow) is pulled up during all time.
