Error occurs when printing

I have had to deal with these sort of failures a few times in the past. I have almost always been able to find the correct answer by using the following link from NI's website. There are a number of suggestions there to try. It may not be the solution but these suggestions have always worked for me. Good luck!

Which version of LabVIEW and operating system are you using? There was a known issue with LabVIEW 6i under Windows 98/ME systems. There are a number of workarounds however, that will hopefully satisfy your application needs.

Workarounds:
1) Use bitmap printing or black&white PostScript printing.
2) Or, Print to HTML, then print from a web browser.
3) Or, Print from a Windows NT/2000 machine instead of a 9X/ME machine.

Some users have also corrected the error by removing all other network & fax printers that were not being used and then reinstalling the printer's driver.
