Hi sam,
I have taken the reply below from RMA support of NI Arabia. As you see, that error is a bug till Labview 7.1 and resolved in Labview 8. Also there is another way to resolve it. If this error occurs agin, I will try this solution and I should send you the VI. (I have written the VI again from my backups). Besides, we are the distributor of NI in Turkey and we are getting to start using Labview 8.2 in new projects. I hope any error occurs. Thank you very much.

The problem that you have reported has been a bug in all versions of
Labview till Labview 7.1 and was resolved in Labview 8. The course of
action would be as follows-
1. We would need to uninstall and reinstall Labview on your system. The
uninstallation procedure would be done through the MSI Blast facility
that
I am attaching with this mail. Please select all National Instruments
Software when you open this utility ie Labview and Device drivers, if
you
have any other NI Software such as CVI installed, please let do not
uninstall the same. After this please go ahead and install Labview and
Device Drivers from the CD's you have."

I am using LV 2009 and I am also getting same error when I start executing steps on TS 4.2.1. Please find the attched logs. Further, I could not run anything in TS and need to restart the PC to re-run the sequence after everytime this error occurs.
We have transited through LV 8.0, 8.2, 8.5 and now 2009 over past 4 years for our project and this is the first time I could see this error.
Please help.
Thanks.
