Field Point Data logger reading all zeros

Hey everyone,

I have a question about using FP Datalogger with Graph. We use it to monitor thermocouples and pressure transducers. Anyways normally it reads fine and there are no problems. Sometimes however, the data will drop out completely and read all zeros. This happened recently and I opened up Fieldpoint explorer and checked it as well and it was reading fine at the same time that the FP graph was reading all zeros. Has anyone had experience with something like this? What did you do to correct it? For reference we are using

Fieldpoint Explorer 3.0.2

Hi,

What version of LabVIEW are you using?  Furthermore, what Fieldpoint devices and modules are you using? Does the FP device read all zeroes at random times or always drop off at a specified time?

Hi Chris,

Did you ever find a solution for this problem? I'm working with an application that does the same thing - read zeroes all of a sudden. If you remember what caused the problem and/or what solved it for you, I'd really appreciate hearing it!
