Fieldpoint DO not updating correctly

This application has been working fine for a long period of time.  Recently some DO's do not update on the last two channels.  I am using an FP-2000 and a TB-10.  I was getting an error from Automation Explorer saying that the socket was empty.  I replaced with a new FP-DO-AC120 module and now it says success when I do a write, but the value does not change?

Hi Nova2,

1) How many output modules do you have in the FP-DO-AC120?

2) Since each of the output modules has two channels, I'm assuming that one module stopped updating.  Is that correct?  Do you have better luck with that module in a different slot?

3) Are you having problems with other modules?

You may need to send the module in for repair, but we should isolate the issue further so we know which piece of hardware is the problem.

1)  The TB10 module is full and contains three FP-DO-AC120 modules

2)  Yes, the module works in a different slot. 

3)  There seems to be no problems with other slots.  Would you suspect the problem to be with the TB10 or the FP2000?

Hi Nova2,

I would suspect that the problem is with the TB-10 but I can't be certain.  Do you have another TB-10 or FP-2000?
