Ok, the SignalOutput.vi already has the regeneration mode in there.  Your problem now is the DAQmx Timing VI.  The Sample Mode is being set for Finite Samples.  You want it to be Continuous Samples.  And with that, you don't need to wire the Number of Samples to the DAQmx Timing either.
