First version of NI-CAN that has ncWaitForState.vi

Hello folks,

What was the first version of NI-CAN to use ncWaitForState.vi?  I am using 2.1.3f2 and it definitely does not have it.

In older versions of NI-CAN, ncWait.vi performed comparable functionality as ncWaitforState.vi

NI-CAN version 2.3 should have the ncWaitforState.vi as mentioned in the readme file.
