I feel like we've now taken so much time explaining what to do without you following it, that it would be easier to fix your VI so you can see what we are talking about.
It isn't complete. I put some notes in the diagram. It still needs error handling and the stop conditions set.
But you can see that it takes about 2 screens of real estate now as opposed to about 20.
