Floating Controls Migrate When Window Resized

I have one application which the controls migrate when the window size is changed.  My other applications have fixed controls.  I would like this one to also have fixed control locations.  How do I change it to fixed control locations?

Open your VI and go to VI properties on the File menu.  Go to the drop down for Windows Size.  There are two check boxes for maintain proportions of window and scale check boxes as window resizes.  Make sure both of those are unchecked.

Yes, messing with those settings and moving all the controls up and to the left I was able to fix the problem.  Thanks.
