Force Feedback increasing the time delay in real-time simulation

Hi All,

I am working in a research project to develop a platform for performing real-time hybrid simulation. I am using the NI hardware and software for this purpose. I am using NI cDAQ 9137 for data accusation and numerical integration and delay compensation. I tried to use a single VI within the time loop for data accusation and numerical integration and delay compensation with flat sequence strucrures. The displament I calcluated then send to the another VI running in the host PC to control the linear motor. In this process I observed the a delay beteen the measured displament and command displacment around 10~12ms. Where as when I am using the predifned displament history and not feeding the force but measuring the force and looging the data the delay is around 2ms. The samlping frequency or loop time is set as 4ms. The data is logging by using another VI running in the host PC.  Is there anyone who is working on the real-time hybrid simulation can help me regarding my problem?
